Which course should I choose?
Complete beginners usually start with Open Water. Certified divers can compare Advanced, Rescue, Nitrox, Divemaster and the Complete Diver Package on the Courses page. Send your current certification, recent experience and available full days when you want Lex to suggest one practical route.
Will Lex teach my course?
Lex remains your main contact and the quality standard behind Duik met Lex. Depending on the course, dates and planning, Lex or a trusted qualified PADI professional may teach part or all of the course. The instructor setup is confirmed before you book.
Can I request Dutch or English instruction?
Yes. The request form asks for Dutch, English or No preference. You may also add another language request. The actual instructor and language setup depend on availability and are confirmed before booking.
How do I check dates and availability?
Send your preferred dates, number of participants, current certification or experience and preferred instruction language through Contact or WhatsApp. Availability and planning are checked before anything is confirmed. Last-minute requests may be possible, but availability is never guaranteed.
How do booking and payment work?
Availability and the final amount are checked first. You then receive the relevant payment details. Your booking is confirmed separately.
Where can I compare current prices?

Can I book accommodation without a course?
No. Accommodation through Duik met Lex is available only together with a diving course. Lex can help arrange the reservation, while Ban’s Diving Resort and reception handle room availability, rates, payments, changes and refunds.
Do I need a medical certificate?
Every student completes the standard diving medical questionnaire. Many students need no further step. When the form requires doctor clearance, the doctor makes the final decision. Divemaster candidates always need doctor-signed clearance dated within the previous 12 months and valid through completion. Read Medical and Fitness to Dive for the full process.
What happens if my plans change?
Contact Lex as early as possible. Any date change or replacement depends on timing, availability and written confirmation. Weather, safety and operational changes follow a separate process. Read Cancellation and Rescheduling for the exact rules.
What should I send in my first message?
Send your preferred dates, number of participants, current certification or diving experience, preferred instruction language and the course you are considering. Add accommodation needs when relevant. Do not send detailed medical information through the general form.
